Booking Terms and Conditions

General Information

By making a reservation with Sunrise Antiparos, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms are subject to change, so please review them before booking.

Booking Confirmation

All reservations must be confirmed by Sunrise Antiparos. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your stay, including your reservation number and check-in/check-out dates.

Payment Policy

A 30% deposit of the total booking amount is required to secure your reservation. The remaining amount is payable on arrival through credit card, bank transfer or other available payment methods.

To confirm and secure your reservation, a 30% security deposit is required.

You have 48 hours from the time of booking to complete the transfer and send us proof of payment. If we do not receive confirmation within this timeframe, your booking will be automatically canceled. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to assist!

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 30 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made within 30 days of the check-in date will incur a charge of 50% of the total booking amount.

No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date or in the case of no-shows.

Check-In and Check-Out

- Check-in time is from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

- Check-out time is by 11:00 AM.

- Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.
